Just like the summer days, the long straight rows of grass
seem to go on for ever. These have been rowed up by specialist
machinery which gathers 20' into one row for the forage
harvester or big baler to collect. Best given at least 24hours
to wilt, the silage is preserved as nutritiously as possible.
