Taken August 2005
This view is from High Fell down into the valley of Little
Langdale and across to Hellvelyn in the distance. The heather
was in full bloom around the 20th August A wide variety
of farmed landscape is captured the heather some juniper
and a patchwork of meadows in varying stages of growth all
surrounded by stonewalls built hundreds of years ago and
still in good repair to this day.
