Robert Jackson attaching the milking cluster to cow number
290. Milking starts at 5.30am so that the milk is ready
when the tanker arrives. The cows know the drill and it
is always the same ones at the front and the back of the
queue. The whole process is calm and orderly and Robert
and his father, William, know every cow and how much milk
they should be producing.
